Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the AI Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which forms part of these terms. The AUP covers prompts, uploaded materials, generated results and content stored or shared through the service. Stop using the service if you do not agree.
The service
Burning Bridges AI is an independent AI video creation tool that uses prompts or reference media to generate video through AI models. Results may contain defects. Review them before publication or commercial use.
Content and permissions
You must have the rights and permissions needed for your inputs. Do not submit unlawful or infringing material, non-consensual intimate content, or use the service for impersonation, fraud or abuse.
Prohibited AI content
Do not submit, request, generate or distribute sexual or pornographic content (NSFW); graphic violence or gore; hateful or discriminatory abuse; child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAM), including sexualized depictions of minors; deceptive deepfakes or impersonation of a person, brand or organization; or material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or likeness rights. You must obtain the necessary permission from anyone whose likeness you upload. Do not use the service for fraud, threats, harassment, terrorist activity, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, or attempts to bypass safety controls. Do not present an AI-generated portrayal as authentic evidence of a person's conduct or endorsement.
Safety checks, reports and appeals
The generation workflow includes automated checks of input images or videos and sampled frames from output videos before delivery. Checks can miss violations and do not establish identity, consent or intellectual-property ownership. They are not a promise that every frame or the audio has been reviewed. Report suspected violations or rights infringements via support@burningbridges-ai.net. Include the relevant URL or task ID, the reason for the report and supporting information about any rights you assert. Avoid sending sensitive material that is not needed to assess the report. The operator reviews reports and can request more information. You may request a review of a decision through the same contact.
Term, violations and termination
These terms remain in effect while you use the service. For a breach of these terms or the AUP, suspected fraud, a threat to others or service security, or a legal requirement, we may issue a warning, reject requests, withhold delivery, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate access, and delete or disable access to offending content under our control. Serious violations may require immediate action without a prior warning. Where lawful and consistent with an investigation, we will explain the reason and how to appeal. Some measures require operator intervention. You must stop using the service after termination and must not evade restrictions. You may request account closure via support@burningbridges-ai.net. Legally required transaction, security and investigation records are handled under the Privacy Policy. Payments and refunds remain subject to the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights; a violation does not automatically waive statutory rights. If we permanently end a paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund the unused prepaid portion proportionately.
Credits and tasks
The credit quote is shown before submission. Credits are reserved when you confirm and settled when the result is delivered. Confirmed generation failures return credits. If provider acceptance is uncertain, the reservation remains while the task is reconciled to avoid duplicate generation.
Purchases and support
Credit pack price, quantity and validity are shown before purchase. Contact the operator about payment, cancellation or refund issues; applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer rights govern their handling.
Availability
Generation time and model availability depend on the provider. Model versions and parameters can change. Do not abuse the service with repeated requests, bypassed limits or shared access tokens.
Disclaimers
The service and AI results are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted or secure operation, error-free service or accurate results. AI video may contain errors in likeness, motion, sound or other details, and outputs may not be unique. Review the complete result and verify the necessary rights before use or publication. Outputs are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
Limitation of liability and cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill or data, whether a claim arises in contract, tort or otherwise. Our total aggregate liability arising from the service or these terms is capped at the total service fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to these terms
The displayed update date identifies this version. We publish changes on this page and provide notice of material changes where required by applicable law. Continuing to use the service after an update means accepting the updated terms. If you disagree, stop using the service and contact us about your account and unused paid entitlements.
