If generation fails

A confirmed failed generation returns the reserved video entitlement once. This allows another generation when the service is available. It is an entitlement return, not a transfer of cash to your payment method.

If the supplier's acceptance is uncertain, the task remains under investigation to avoid duplicate orders. If only file transfer or output detection needs a retry, the existing video is reused instead of submitting a second generation.

Payment questions and cash refund requests

When checkout opens, contact account support with the order reference and a description of the issue. Support must verify the processor transaction and order record before resolving a payment or refund. Do not include full card numbers or passwords in a support message.

No recurring subscription

The planned offers are one-time video packs. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. Unused purchased entitlements are configured not to expire. View pack prices.
