Data we process
We process account details, payment records, prompts, uploaded media and generated results to provide accounts, credits, video generation, history and support. Card details are handled by the selected payment service.
Video providers
When you select a Kie model, the prompt and media needed for generation are sent to Kie and the relevant model service. MiniMax H3 requests are sent to Metaso. Upload only materials you have permission to use.
Safety checks and reports
We process submitted media, generated results, safety-check results and the necessary information supplied in a report to detect misuse, investigate reports and enforce our content rules. Automated media checks are handled by the configured content-safety provider, SeeAPI. We may retain records necessary for an investigation, security, payment reconciliation or a legal obligation, and explain relevant retention when handling a deletion request. Do not submit unnecessary identity documents or other sensitive information with a report.
Private files and records
Media is accessed through account authorization or time-limited links for generation providers. Account, transaction and task records support delivery, refunds, reconciliation and troubleshooting.
Optional analytics
With your choice to enable analytics, we record pages, clicks, visible sections, active time and video creation prompts, models and settings for authorized administrator journey review. Passwords, payment form contents, media file contents and access credentials are excluded. Acquisition analytics retain referral domains, restricted campaign tags and public entry paths, excluding full referral URLs and query parameters. Browser analytics events are retained for 90 days. Change your choice in the footer. Necessary business records still support task and credit reconciliation.
