Burning Bridges AI
1. Scope
The AI Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for Burning Bridges AI forms part of the Terms of Service. It covers user prompts, photos, reference media and all content generated, uploaded, stored or shared through the service. Attempts to create prohibited content are violations even if generation fails or the material is synthetic, fictional or edited.
2.1 Sexual and NSFW content
Pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexualized nudity, promotion of sexual services and other sexual or NSFW content are prohibited. Non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual humiliation are prohibited. An age claim, artistic label or fictional character does not override this rule.
2.2 Violence and gore
Content depicting or encouraging violence, gore, dismemberment, torture, abuse, cruel injury or self-harm is prohibited. Violent threats, terrorist propaganda, incitement to mass violence and instructions for making weapons of mass destruction are also prohibited.
2.3 Hate speech
Hateful attacks, dehumanization, discrimination, threats or incitement to violence against people or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or other protected characteristics are prohibited, including advocacy of genocide.
2.4 Child safety and CSAM
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation, grooming, sexualized depictions of minors and content that endangers children are strictly prohibited. This includes sexual content involving real, AI-generated, fictional or apparently underage people. We apply zero tolerance and preserve necessary evidence and report suspected unlawful material to competent authorities as required by law.
2.5 Deepfakes and impersonation
Non-consensual or deceptive deepfakes, impersonation of people, brands or organizations, and non-consensual or deceptive portrayals of a person’s actions, voice, statements or endorsement are prohibited. Non-consensual sexual deepfakes are always prohibited. Use another person’s likeness only with the necessary permission, disclose that the result is AI-generated, and never present it as an authentic recording or evidence.
2.6 Copyright and trademark infringement
Inputs and outputs that infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property are prohibited, including unauthorized use of photos, video, music, brand marks or protected works. You must hold the necessary rights or a valid permission and must not imply an unauthorized affiliation or endorsement. Generating a video does not grant music, likeness or brand rights.
3. Other prohibited conduct
Fraud, harassment, threats, privacy violations, spam and other unlawful uses are prohibited. Do not use jailbreak prompts, disguised encodings, repeated attempts or other methods to evade safety checks, remove safeguards or present AI-generated content as original footage of a real person.
4. Automated content checks
When generation is available, the workflow uses SeeAPI to check input images or reference videos and sampled frames from output videos before delivery. Automated media checks focus on NSFW and special-care classifications and do not establish compliance with every category in this policy. Prompts may also be checked according to server policy. A blocked request or result does not proceed to generation or delivery. Failed checks or checks without a valid verdict are not treated as approvals. Supplier safety switches remain enabled where available. Checks do not cover every frame or the audio, establish consent, identity or intellectual-property ownership, or guarantee detection of all violations.
5. Human review and its scope
The operator manually reviews user reports, rights complaints and disputed checks or enforcement decisions, and may request relevant context or rights evidence. Human review of reports and disputes supplements automated checks; not every task receives human pre-approval. Child-safety reports, severe violence and imminent threats to people receive priority.
6. Reporting channels and process
Anyone may report content to support@burningbridges-ai.net without an account. Use the subject “Content safety report” and include a URL or task ID, the violation category, a short explanation and a contact email. For a rights complaint, identify your rights and provide necessary supporting information. Signed-in users may also submit a support ticket under Settings → Support tickets. Do not send, copy or attach suspected CSAM files; provide identifying information instead. The operator reviews the report, requests further information if needed, decides and applies a response, and communicates the outcome where permitted by law and privacy obligations.
7. Enforcement
Depending on severity, repetition, credible evidence and legal requirements, we may warn and require correction, reject generation, withhold delivery, delete or disable access to offending content under our control, restrict features, temporarily suspend access or permanently terminate service access. Serious or repeated violations may lead directly to termination without a warning. Suspected unlawful material may be reported to competent authorities, with cooperation in lawful investigations. Some measures require operator intervention. Termination does not remove existing responsibilities. Refunds and unused entitlements remain subject to the Refund Policy and statutory rights.
8. Appeals
If you believe a check or action was mistaken, contact support@burningbridges-ai.net or reply to your support ticket with the subject “Content safety appeal”. Include the task ID or original decision, your reasons and relevant evidence. The operator re-examines the facts and reverses or adjusts a decision found to be mistaken. Content or features may remain restricted during review; an appeal does not automatically restore access.
9. Privacy and updates
Report information is used and shared only as needed to investigate, respond and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. Malicious or knowingly false reports are prohibited. The displayed update date identifies this version, and material changes are notified as required by applicable law.
